- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I was so disappointed with this company. I went in for a follow up yearly routine appointment that they solicited me to do. I had no true concerns at the time, but the visit was covered by my insurance so I went in. While there, I asked the technician about a tiny pimple like bump by my nose. She said oh, it's nothing, would you like me to remove it for you? I said sure. Less than two minutes later after using a sterilized needle it was gone, two months later they sent me a bill for over a $100 for it. Apparently I had opted for a cosmetic extraction procedure not covered by my insurance. I called the company to dispute the charge as none of this had been bothered to be explained to me. They refused to remove the charge. It was certainly not a cosmetic procedure I would have opted for and I feel their business practices during the consultation as well as trying to resolve the dispute were unfair and unprofessional.
