- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Did not file insurance correctly. Paid out of pocket for service. Insurance company has sent check after I also paid. Still not have got a refund. Do not think I will be reusing this Dentist again. Office manager Vicki Alexandre has a very bad attitude and after speaking with her on this matter she began cussing at me. So unprofessional. I suggest anyone using this dentist or looking for a dentist go elsewhere.June 24, 2017by R C
